First time at this Tecovas location. We will be returning. My husband bought some boots from the online store and had trouble fitting into both of them. We thought we had to return them, which was a bummer because we got such a good deal on them. First off, manager on duty (short southern lady with a good ol’ southern accent) was willing to cut us a break on returning them even though we didn’t have the box with us. That was awesome because technically that was against the policy. But as a last ditch effort she had Alek H. take sometime to help us try on some other pairs and even help us troubleshoot the two pairs that we thought we would have had to return. Turns out my husband just needed to learn of few tricks of the trade with some boot hooks and a plastic bag…odd I know, but it worked! After successfully getting things worked out with the boots we originally thought we would have to return we left and on the way out Alec H. & the manager even worked out a way for us to save additional money on boots we had ALREADY bought online. Due to there being an additional sale going on. They saved us over $100 total. Insane service. Tecovas has just made us life long customers based solely on the efforts and service of the staff here at the Franklin store.

Really great experience at Tecovas in Downtown Franklin everyone was really helpful, but especially Jenna. Jenna was the best she was so kind and helpful with my niece and helped her pick out the perfect boots. Super attentive and friendly and helped us all get boots we loved. Royce was also great, very friendly and helpful! Seriously everyone we interacted with was great. Amazing experience, we will definitely be back!

I came into the Tecovas in Franklin on Black Friday. The staff was amazing! The store was busy and full of customers and they were greeting everyone and efficiently taking care of so many requests. Anna Grace was answering all my questions and asking me things I never considered when getting the right fit. I am incredibly happy with my boots and can’t wait to come back and pick my next pair. I loved the atmosphere and the staff, I would come to this location above all others bc of the small town charm and kindness of everyone who was working. As someone who has worked in retail I could sense Anna Grace truly loved her job and mentioned that to her. She told me that her manager takes care of them as a people, which says a lot for why this store is so welcoming. Tecovas you are giving these young people a place to grow and be successful in life. It makes me want to get a job there! As a Franklin native this retailer adds value to our community. 10/10

I had an amazing experience at Tecovas thanks to Anna Grace. She was incredibly kind and welcoming and even offered me a sparkling water when I came in. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in the boots and helped me find exactly what felt right. I have been to Tecovas a few times before, but this was by far my best experience. I am so thankful for her help and will definitely be back.

My husband came in to buy a pair in mid November and Anna Grace was so helpful. He was so happy with his purchase that I decided to shop for myself a couple weeks ago, and Anna Grace was available to help me. She talked me through how I was planning to wear them and helped me choose the best style for my needs. I just went back in to have the brand redone (cowboy on a bronco) and she helped me get the brad exactly right. 10/10 would recommend this store and Anna Grace as a sales professional.

Walked into this store just to browse with my wife, brother in law, his fiancé, and we had an amazing experience. Admittedly, we appear like a group of "20 somethings", so we could have easily not been taken seriously as customers at a store like this. But we were immediately greeted and offered complimentary drinks with Tecova coozies. My BIL also got his boots complimentary shined/cleaned. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. I am going to make a point visit this location again and buy boots from here to show my support for this top-notch customer service.

Loved the boots — until the stamping ruined them. I paid $370 and was told afterward that nothing could be done and “that’s just how it is” I spoke to the manager and he was not the most friendliest person to deal with and not helpful. If I had known the stamp would turn out like this, I never would have agreed to it. Now I’m stuck with very expensive boots I don’t even love anymore. Think twice before having this done. Here is the picture of the boots. After my initial experience, Manager Lyd reached out to me immediately and took care of everything. She completely turned the situation around and made it right by replacing my boots. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she showed. I also want to recognize Daniel at the Orlando location. He was fantastic and did an amazing job making my new boots look perfect. His attention to detail and customer service really stood out. Thank you, Lyd and Daniel, for going above and beyond. I’m looking forward to my next purchase at your store!

Very kind environment as soon as we walked in and offered us something to drink. Everyone was so nice. Jenna worked with us at checkout and offered their branding service which we didn’t know existed. She spent time with my husband and I branding his new boots and even branded his tecovas he was wearing to honor our anniversary today. It was such a great experience and we highly recommend!!
